Product Delivery
Once you have made your section, you need to tell us where you want them sent. Khukuri Knives Australia delivers to all states of Australia, but currently does not accept international orders.
All items are sent via Australia Post by Your chosen method, unless you have arranged with us other wise. Delivery is generally within 7 to 10 working days.
Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure we carry stock of the items you order, however should an item in stock at the time of your order, be unavailable when we receive your order, we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss what you would like to do.
Knife Descriptions and Sizes
The Knives sold by Khukuri Knives Australia are hand made using conventional tools and techniques that are centuries old. As a result the size, shape, style, colour and weight of the knives on this site will vary from knife to knife. In most cases this difference is very hard to notice.
Payment
Khukuri Knives Australia accepts via its secure payment facility, the following credit cards (to be arranged after merchant banking is set up) Should you feel internet buying is not safe enough an order form can be e-mail (maybe down load here PDF order form) to you (on request) your order can then be made though the post making payment with a cheque.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices shown are inclusive of GST
Receipt
All orders will include a Tax Invoice Receipt that shows the cost of each item and includes the cost of postage and handling. Please keep this in a safe place, as it will be required if you need to make a return in the future.
Returns and Refunds
Khukuri Knives Australia offers a full refund (excluding postage and handling) of all products purchased from KKA if it: has a defect, doesn't do what it is supposed to do, doesn't do what KKA said it would do, doesn't match the description given or doesn't match the sample shown to you the buyer. Products need to be returned within a reasonable amount of time with a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
KKA will not offer a refund if you: simply changed your mind, are responsible for the defect or you were advised by KKA of the problem or defect at the time of purchase. Items to be returned should be sent to out mailing address with a copy of the purchase recept, and an out line of the problem or concern together with your contact details
Warranty and Guarantee applies to all products purchased through KKA, however this varies from product to product.
